Welcome to the Beam Bridge Assembly Section. Below we show you step by step how our beam bridges are constructed. This one was installed in Winchester, NH.

The Beam Bridge is off loaded by DPW crew and other equipment.
Bearing plates spaced for beam placement.
Diaphrams are bolted to the beams. Guardrail posts are bolted to the facia Beam. Welder attaches beams to bearing plates.
Five gauge galvanized corrugated deck is placed by the crew.
Top handrail is attached. Welder starts welding down deck to beams.
Guardrail attached, asphalt laid on deck for smooth riding surface.
